Our Journey

We, Jennifer and Tim Herriage, the proud stewards of McKoy House, embarked on a journey to breathe new life into this historical gem. Our vision was to create a space that not only preserves the rich tapestry of its past but also offers the luxuries and conveniences modern guests cherish. We are passionate about historic preservation and committed to maintaining the integrity and charm of this significant property.

The Estate

McKoy House, a Modified L-Plan with Folk Victorian influences, is set on a picturesque lot just shy of one acre. Every corner of the estate tells a story, from the original stained glass windows and pine floors to the meticulously restored box sash windows and vintage fireplace mantle. The estate is a harmonious blend of history and luxury, featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, plush bedrooms, a vibrant sunroom, and nearly an acre of serene outdoor space.
